Learning and Development at our Core at REDA

At REDA Chemicals, we value and support a culture of education and knowledge exchange.

Furthermore, we are honored to have participated in the inaugural Roundtable Event: L&Ds – Learning Strategies that Transform, organized by DP World and our partners, IQUAD and CrossKnowledge, at Expo 2020 Dubai.

Sharing our ten-year learning and development journey and hearing from other leaders’ testimonies was a terrific chance.

In order to provide a fantastic opportunity for all of our members to increase their knowledge base and address their knowledge gaps, Mindzer Academy was conceptualized in 2012. Since then, it has helped to boost employee confidence, competency, and performance, as well as increase employee satisfaction, productivity, and compliance with quality standards.

By fulfilling their training requirements through blended learning journeys with pre-made and personalized training materials, REDA takes delight in developing leaders.

We have developed enduring learner engagement throughout the years by learning from our mistakes, trying new things, and innovating.

Learning is a lifelong endeavor, and we eagerly await the next installments of our roadmap.
